What’s The Breakfast club #thebreakfastclub on Twitter?
It’s a special place on Twitter from 6.45-8am week-day’s. It’s a place for #NaturalNetworking; for motivation and sharing our news and plans for the day ahead; for hugs on a hard morning; for a cheer when you’ve something to celebrate. We make time to listen to each other as we prepare for a day at home or in the office. So just use #thebreakfastclub and join us, it’s open to all so just pop in!

Why #thebreakfastclub ?
My thinking is “if we can make someone’s day better, in a simple way, then let’s do it!”
Some areas of my coaching can involve me looking with my clients at the dark corners of their lives, the sad and the difficult as well and the wonder and the WOW. I obviously take this seriously and feel privileged to do this work I love BUT I do not take myself too seriously and believe the lighter things in life are important. I love to share positivity in some form in my 140 character Tweets and being asked over the months for a cuppa, hug or a piece of toast in my early morning Tweeting sessions I responded and some how the #teatrolley was born! My fabulous friend Dinah Liversidge started to pop by more and more often to join in and as a mentor and coach who oozes empathy and positivity she had a sugar bowl full of skills to add to my pot!
Going away on a short break left me with a dilemma, how could I keep this going? @LisaMsettle was a like minded wonderful regular and so she and @Dinahliversidge kindly donned their bright uniforms and pushed their colourful #teatrolley’s to keep the mugs of positivity flowing. When I returned it was obvious people were really enjoying this early morning catch up and it must continue. I sent Lisa and Dinah cards and they agreed to join me and just for fun I named it #thebreakfastclub and as they say, the rest is history!
So with our fab new recruit actress and businesswoman @thebisson or Liz, we wheel out our virtual tea trolleys and serve tea, coffee, hugs, positivity and motivation to everyone who joins the conversation!

#thebreakfastclub really is the place for positive people and inspiring conversation’s. It gives everyone a chance to meet, chat, catch up and do what comes naturally! You’re all so welcome to join us 6.45am-8am UK time week-days. No speeches, fussy rules and your news doesn’t have to be amazing! You don’t even have to be in business and if you are… you are of course most welcome too!

It takes a team to look after everyone in the mornings and our #TeaTrolley pulls up to the doors at 6.45am sharp. We can serve anything from my builder’s tea, Lisa’s famous porridge, Liz’s ginger zinger or Dinah’s fabulous poffertjes! Plus the great news is it’s virtual so we never run out!

Here’s the Trolley Dollies Breakfast Bites…
December question..What’s your favourite breakfast?
- Liz - My perfect breakfast is scrambled eggs and smoked salmon with my two men, in sunshine overlooking the sea. (with my daughter would make it perfect)
- Dinah – My perfect breakfast is a picnic watching the sunrise with my hubby and a blanket.
- Lisa – For me, it’s a breakfast shared. A comforting bowl of hot porridge and honey with great company always makes for a very satisfying start.
- Me – My perfect breakfast is eggs from our happy garden hens with a perfect cup of organic builders tea. It always tastes better when hubby makes it!
