Recently I was thinking about being a Woman and what this means to me. Always one to ask myself questions, my thoughts lead me to explore the numerous roles I carry out in my day to day life. My first thoughts, WOW!
Now as a WOW Woman you need to balance your life. Each and every day you transfer your energies to your family, friends, work colleagues, employer, clients, children, parents and so on… Remember you need to balance this by recharging your batteries and letting the energy flow both ways!
How to RECHARGE your WOW Woman!
- Give to Yourself OFTEN…
Make a list of what you want and need. Feed your needs and desires regularly!
- Balance Work and Life…
All work and no play makes us really dull girls! Look at ways to get what you need and evaluate if you are really doing what you want to do, for you!
- Give and Take…
Allow yourself to give and remember that this transference of energy is exactly that, it’s an exchange and you need to top it up!
- Count Your Blessings…
Appreciate, be grateful and look at the positives in your life. A positive outlook makes all the difference to your energy levels and mood.
- Who are you kidding?
Are you trying to be someone you’re not? Be true to yourself….Always!
- Here’s a Biggie!
Accept yourself, completely and without judgement. You do your best!
- Seek and She shall Find…
Ask for what you want, look for answers, keep moving. Life is a journey and you never finish it!
- What’s Missing?
Do you know what you need, what’s lacking? Discover what you can add to improve your life for the absolute better!
- What’s important to you?
You need to know what really matters. Do you ever give yourself time to take a step back and really look at the simple things that mean so much?

Love that Jayne, being positive and counting my blessings is so important to me, especially since being ill. I now want to live a peaceful life for hopefully many more years to come. I have actually begun to love myself more as I realise just how much I have come through in the last few years. Mental wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing, as I know that keeping a positive outlook has helped me to improve my physical wellbeing.
